Q: Are we halal?
- All of our ingredients are halal certified and our equipments are all cleaned separately

Q: What cake sizes do you have?

-We have 4 sizes in total, we do not count by weight. 4 inch, 6 inch, 7 inch and 9 inch cakes

Q: Do you provide a candle and knife? 

- Yes, we provide one candle and knife for every whole cake order. Can be requested for other pastries.

Ordering 
Q: How do I place an order?
- Our website is solely for our catalog and information regarding our brand. To place an order, press on our Whatsapp icon and contact us there. You can also place an order with us through our Facebook and Instagram DMs

Q: How many days in advance do I need to pre-order?

- We need minimum 2 day notice. Example: cake order is for the 10th, pre-order must be made on the 8th or 9th morning

Q: How do I make payment?
- We accept COD, bank transfer, or TnG.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
- No, unless it is at least 5 days in advance of the date and cakes with no cake toppers (decorations).

Q: How do you check for pricing?
- We have our catalogue with our price ranges on our website, Facebook, and Whatsapp.

Delivery

Q: Do you deliver cakes to KL area?
- Yes. Only with Lalamove or Grab which is not included in our cake prices.

Q: How does your delivery work?
-Currently only pick up or deliveries. Unless discussed on a suitable destination and time with us ;)
